The only reason I’m still alive is music.
Although soon I must take my leave of life.
But before I go,
If you care to know,
The only reason I’m still alive is music.

The only reason I’m still alive is music.
The little tunes that pop into my head,
Breathe into me a light,
Without which I can’t fight,
And I know I’ll stay alive for music.
